9. We are seeking a foreign-trained attorney to join our team as a Paralegal supporting our U.S. immigration practice. This person will work closely with
10. our immigration partners, assist with research, filings, and lead an offshore team.
11. Key Responsibilities & Tasks
12. • Conduct legal research, including case law analysis, for complex U.S. immigration matters.
13. • Assist with preparing and filing various immigration petitions, including:
14. • H-1B, TN, L-1 visas
15. • Employment-based green cards (EB1, EB2, EB3)
16. • Family-based green cards and marriage-based cases
17. • Lead and supervise a team in Mexico supporting immigration processes.
18. • Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff in the U.S. and abroad.
19. • Assist with legal research and preparation of immigration petitions.
20. • Ensure timely and accurate filing of immigration documents.
21. • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
22. Requirements:
23. • Licensed attorney in Mexico or another South American country.
24. • At least 3 years of experience working with U.S. immigration law.
25. • Strong experience in handling intakes, preparing filings, and legal research.
26. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
27. • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
28. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
29. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
